1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using VisaReady, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

VisaReady is an admin support tool that helps UK visa applicants organise documents, track expiry dates, check file formats, and monitor checklist progress. We do not provide legal or immigration advice.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, uploading unlawful or harmful content, interfering with service operation, or using the service to harass or deceive others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. You grant VisaReady a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. You must not upload documents you do not have the right to use.

6. Intellectual property

The VisaReady name, logo, checklists, and software are owned by VisaReady or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

7. Payments and subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are charged as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds unless required by law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if continued provision of the service is impractical. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from visa decisions, application outcomes, or reliance on information provided through the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if no payment was made.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
