Not regulated immigration advice
UK immigration advice is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA, formerly OISC) and the SRA. US immigration representation before USCIS is limited to licensed attorneys and BIA-accredited representatives. VisaReady is none of these. No submission on VisaReady is reviewed by a lawyer or regulated adviser today. Automated feedback (including the Diagnostic score and the "check my evidence" AI feature) is a formatting and structuring aid, not a professional opinion. Regulated review by UK solicitors and US immigration attorneys is on the roadmap but is not part of the product today.
Criteria and precedent accuracy
Our criteria mappings are based on public UK Home Office / endorsing-body guidance and public USCIS guidance and decisions at the time of publication. Requirements change, and your case may have additional considerations we cannot anticipate. Always verify current requirements on gov.uk and uscis.gov before submitting.
Diagnostic score
The Diagnostic score is a completeness indicator only. A high score does not guarantee endorsement, approval, or a specific outcome, and a lower score does not mean your application will be refused. Decisions are made by the endorsing body or by USCIS on the full evidence you submit.
